What does your standard moving service include?

We believe in the red-carpet treatment. Our standard package includes an expert team of trained local movers, professional plastic and blanket wrapping for all furniture, standard disassembly/reassembly (beds/tables), clean company-owned trucks with hydraulic lifts, and a fully itemized quote with no hidden fees.

Yes. We are piano removalists and pool table removalists as well as furniture removalists. Anything over 75kg gets rigging gear, padding and crating if needed. Tell us when you book.

What happens if something is damaged during the move?

We maintain the highest standards of safe removals and include public liability and transit coverage. For high-value items, we recommend our comprehensive insurance add-on. If an issue occurs, report it with photos within 24 hours for quick resolution.
