Every piano is wrapped in heavy-duty removal blankets and padding before it is lifted, so the case, legs and keyboard are protected from knocks.
3. Lifted with the right gear
Our crew uses straps, trolleys and rigging gear made for heavy items, so the weight is controlled the whole way and nobody is lifting by hand on a stair edge.
4. Tail-lift trucks and secure strapping
Our trucks have hydraulic tail lifts, so a piano is raised into the truck rather than carried up a ramp, then strapped upright so it cannot shift on the road.
5. Placed where you want it
We carry it to the room you choose, set it in position and remove the padding, so it is ready to play.
